1. | Click Start at the bottom left, and click Control Panel. | |
2. | Click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Option. | |
3. | Click Regional and Language Options. | |
4. | Click Languages. | |
5. | Click Details... | |
6. | Click Language Bar. | |
7. | Check both "Show the Language bar on the desktop" and "Show additional Language bar icons in the task bar". Finally, click OK. | |
8. | Your Language bar is back! | |
9. | This procedure is just an additional idea for your convenience. If you think this bar is far too long with some docs that you would never use, right-click somewhere vacant on Language bar. A small window pops up. You may choose any apperance on it or just click on the check to remove Text Labels. | |
