แก้ปัญหาเออเร่อ "THE PROGRAM CAN'T START BECAUSE MSVCP140.DLL IS MISSING FROM YOUR COMPUTER"

บางโปรแกรมหรือเกมอาจต้องเรียกใช้ไฟล์นี้เพื่อทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง หากไฟล์ msvcp140.dll หายไปเมื่อเปิดโปรแกรมประยุกต์หรือเกม ท่านมักจะพบแจ้งเตือนเออเร่อให้เห็น ส่วนสาเหตุนั้นหลักๆอาจจะมาจากเครื่องของท่านไม่ได้ติดตั้ง Visual C++ หรือไม่มีเวอร์ชั่นที่โปรแกรมหรือเกมต้องการ หรือไฟล์อาจโดนแอนตี้ไวรัสลบไป วิธีแก้นั้นดูตามด้านล่างนี้ครับ

วิธีแก้ทำได้ 3 วิธีดังนี้

1. ติดตั้ง Visual C++ 2015 โดยท่านสามารถดาวน์โหลดได้โดยตรงที่เว็บของไมโครซอร์ฟ

• Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015

หรือเว็บไซต์อื่นๆที่มีให้ดาวน์โหลด เมื่อดาวน์โหลดมาแล้วให้ทำการติดตั้งให้เรียบร้อยแล้วรีสตาร์ทเครื่องเข้าเกมดูใหม่ หากยังไม่หายดูวิธีที่สอง

2. ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ .dll ที่หายไป 

• สำหรับวินโดว์ 32บิต Download
• สำหรับวินโดว์ 64บิต Download

หลังจากดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ไปแล้วให้ทำการแยกไฟล์ด้วยโปรแกรม Winrar จะได้ไฟล์ชื่อ MSVCP140.dll นำไปวางในตำแหน่งตามนี้

• วินโดว์ 32บิต ให้นำไฟล์นี้ไปวางที่ C:\Windows\System32 
• วินโดว์ 64บิต นำไปวางที่ C:\Windows\System32 และ C:\Windows\SysWOW64 ด้วยเสร็จแล้วทำการรีสตาร์ทเครื่อง เข้าเกมดูใหม่หากยังไม่หาย ดูวิธีที่สาม

3. นำไฟล์ที่ดาวน์โหลดมาจากข้อสอง ไปวางใส่ในโฟลเดอร์ตัวเกมโดยตรง แนะนำให้ใช้วิธีด้านบนก่อนหากไม่ได้จริงจึงค่อยใช้วิธีนี้

ไขปริศนาการสิ้นพระชนม์ของนโปเลียน

ประวัติศาสตร์ได้จารึกไว้ว่า หลังจากจอมจักรพรรดิ นโปเลียน ทรงแพ้สงครามครั้งหลังสุดแล้ว อังกฤษได้นำ พระองค์ไปกักไว้ ณ เกาะเซ็นต์เฮเลน่า อยู่นานถึง 6 ปี จนกระทั่งสิ้นพระชนม์ด้วยสาเหตุอันใดยังไม่ประจักษ์ชัด แต่สันนิษฐานกันว่า ทรงถูกลอบวางยาพิษ


แต่บัดนี้มีผู้พบหลักฐานด้านประวัติศาสตร์เสียแล้วว่า พระองค์ หาได้สิ้นพระชนมชีพอย่างนักโทษ บนเกาะเซ็นต์เฮเลน่าอย่าง อ้างว้างว้าเหว่ ตามที่ทราบกันมาไม่ หากสิ้นพระชนม์ที่อื่นในเวลาหลังจาก วันสวรรคตตามประวัติศาสตร์ หลายปี และในฐานะที่มิใช่นักโทษการเมืองของอังกฤษเสียด้วย


ที่เป็นปริศนาน่าขบคิดก็คือ เรื่องนี้เป็นไปได้จริงหรือไม่ ประการใด?

ไม่ว่าอะไรจะเกิดขึ้นก็ตาม สิ่งหนึ่งที่นักประวัติศาสตร์ส่วนมาก ยอมรับกันก็คือ พระเจ้านโปเลียน โบนาปาร์ต นั้นทรงเป็นนักรบ ผู้ยิ่งใหญ่ ที่สุดคนหนึ่งในประวัติศาสตร์โลก เป็นที่เคารพยำเกรง แก่ทวยทหารมากหน้าและ แม้ในยามที่ทรงสูญสิ้นอำนาจวาสนา เสด็จไปประทับอย่างว้าเหว่ที่เกาะเซ็นต์เฮเลน่าในมหาสมุทร แอตแลนติก หลังจากทรงแพ้สงครามที่วอเตอร์ลูในปี ค.ศ.1815 แล้ว ก็ใช่ว่าจะทรงไร้เสียซึ่งมิตรสนิทผู้ศรัทธานับถือพระองค์เลย


และมิตรเหล่านั้นล้วนมั่งคั่งและมีอำนาจพอที่จะทำอะไรก็ได้ทั้งสิ้น

แม้กระทั่งการลอบพาองค์นโปเลียนหนีออกจากเกาะที่ไม่มีทางหนี!



การหลบหนีจาก st. helena
ก่อนจะกล่าวถึงเหตุการณ์ลำดับต่อไป ขอให้เรามาทราบกันถึงความลับเล็กๆน้อยๆ ที่รู้กันในหมู่ข้าราชสำนักฝรั่งเศสยุคนั้นก่อนดีกว่า นโปเลียนนั้นทรงมี “ตัวแทน” ที่รูปร่างหน้าตาคล้ายพระองค์อยู่ 2-3 คน ซึ่งโปรดให้ รับสนอง พระบัญชาใกล้ชิดอยู่ตลอดเวลา หนึ่งในจำนวนนั้นมีรูปร่างหน้าตาคล้ายพระองค์มากที่สุด อายุอานาม ก็มากกว่าองค์จักรพรรดิเพียง 2 ปี


เขาชื่อ ฟรังซัวส์ อูยีน โรโบด์ เกิดที่หมู่บ้านบาลีย์กูต์ เมื่อปี ค.ศ.1771

หลังจากพระเจ้านโปเลียนทรงแพ้ สงครามและเสด็จนิราศ ไปสู่เกาะเซ็นต์เฮเลน่า ในปี 1815 นั้น โรโบด์ก็กลับไปใช้ชีวิตเงียบๆ อยู่ที่หมู่บ้านบาลีย์กูต์ ของเขาตามเดิม แต่อยู่ที่นั่นได้เพียง 3 ปี เขาก็มีอันหายหน้าหายตา ไปจากหมู่บ้านโดย ไม่มีใครรู้ระแคะระคาย แม้แต่ลูกเมียก็พากันหุบปากแน่น บอกกับใครๆ ที่มาถามไถ่ว่าสามีไปทะเลเท่านั้น



ว่ากันว่า นโปเลียนมี ตัวแทนที่คล้ายพระองค์ อยู่ 2-3 คน
ในเวลาเดียวกันคือปี ค.ศ.1818 ที่เมืองเวโรนาในประเทศอิตาลี ก็มีชายแปลกหน้าท่าทางสง่าผ่าเผยและแต่งกายหรูหราคนหนึ่งเดินทางมาพำนักอยู่ ชายผู้นี้บอกใครๆ ว่าเขาเป็นชาวฝรั่งเศส ชื่อเรอวารด์ ลูกเมียตายหมดแล้ว จึงเดินทางมาหาความสงบในเมืองเล็กๆ แต่สวยงามแห่งนี้ โดยทำมาหากินเปิดร้านขายเครื่องเพชรพลอย โดยที่ไม่ได้สนใจต่อเพชรพลอยเท่าใดนัก กิจการส่วนใหญ่มอบให้นายเปตรุซซี่ ผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนช่วยทำให้แทน

ที่น่าประหลาดใจก็คือ นายเรอวารด์ผู้นี้มี รูปร่างหน้าตา ตลอดจนอายุคล้ายคลึง นโปเลียนมากที่สุดจนใครเห็นใครล้อ

น่าสังเกตยิ่งขึ้นไปอีกก็คือเรอวารด์ ไม่ พอใจ และหลบหน้าไปทุกทีที่ใครๆ เกิดล้อเขาว่าเป็น “องค์เอมเพอเรอร์” และแล้วต่อมาในเดือนพฤษภาคม ค.ศ. 1821 ที่เกาะเซ็นต์เฮเลน่า บุคคลผู้ที่ใครๆ รู้จักในนามของอดีตพระจักรพรรดินโปเลียนก็สิ้นพระชนม์ ด้วยโรคมะเร็งในพระนาภี

ประวัติศาสตร์พากันบันทึกไว้ตรงกันหมดทั้งโลกว่า พระเจ้านโปเลียนสิ้นพระชนม์ ที่เกาะเซ็นต์เฮเลน่าในปี ค.ศ.1821



การเสียชีวิตที่มีเงื่อนงำของนโปเลียน ?
ทางด้านเมืองเวโรนา นายเรอวารด์ผู้มีหน้าตาเหมือนนโปเลียนยังคงพำนักอย่าง สุขสบายอยู่ที่นั่น จนกระทั่งต่อมาอีก 2 ปี คือในปี ค.ศ. 1823 ก็มีเหตุการณ์บางอย่างเกิดขึ้นกับเขา

นั่นคือ อยู่ๆ ในคืนหนึ่งก็มีรถม้าหรูหรา มาจอดหน้าร้านของเรอวารด์ มีชายสองคนลงจากรถมายื่นจดหมายให้เขา นายเปตรุซซี่หุ้นส่วนสำคัญมองเห็นหน้า เรอวารด์เคร่งเครียดด้วยแวว วิตกกังวลใหญ่หลวง ต่อจากนั้นก็เรียกเขา เข้าไปพบ


ชีวิตเดียวดายช่วงสุดท้ายที่เกาะ St. Helena ?
บุคคลที่ใครๆรู้จักในนามเรอวารด์เจ้าของร้านเพชร ยื่นซองจดหมายหนาหนักปิดผนึกแน่นหนาให้เปตรุซซี่แล้วสั่งว่า

“เพื่อนยาก ฉันต้องไปธุระสักชั่วระยะหนึ่ง ถ้าฉันไม่กลับมาภายในสามเดือน คุณจงนำจดหมายนี้ไปถวายแด่พระเจ้าแผ่นดินฝรั่งเศสแล้วพระองค์ ก็จะประทานรางวัลให้อย่างงาม แต่จำไว้นะว่า ก่อนที่จะถึงกำหนด 3 เดือน อย่าเปิดจดหมายออกอ่านเป็นอันขาด”


ถ้าเรื่องนี้เป็นภาพยนตร์ก็คงตัดภาพไปสู่ เหตุการณ์อีกอย่าง ซึ่งเกิดขึ้น ณ บริเวณพระราชวังเชินบรูนน์ในประเทศออสเตรีย

เป็นคืนวันที่ 4 กันยายน 1823 ทหารรักษาพระราชวังมองเห็นเงาบุรุษลึกลับคนหนึ่งปีนกำแพงวังเข้าสู่พระราชฐานชั้นใน ซึ่งโอรสของนโปเลียน โบนาปาร์ต ประชวรหนักอยู่ด้วยโรคอีดำอีแดง ทหารยามจึงยิงขู่ออกไป เผอิญกระสุนถูกบุรุษผู้นั้นเข้าอย่างจังถึงกับล้มลงเสียชีวิตทันที

ศพชายลึกลับถูกนำไปยังกระท่อมในสวนแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่ชั้นผู้ใหญ่ในวังก็มาตรวจดู พอเห็นรูปร่างหน้าตาของคนตายเข้าเท่านั้น เจ้าหน้าที่ดังกล่าวก็หูตาเหลือก รีบสั่งให้ปิดล็อกประตู หน้าต่างกระท่อมเป็นการใหญ่ ต่อจากนั้นใครต่อใครก็วนเวียนกันมาดูศพราวกับว่าเป็นคนสำคัญเต็มประดา รวมทั้งเอกอัครราชทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำกรุงเวียนนาด้วย ต่อมาอีกไม่นาน ศพชายคนนั้น ก็ถูกนำเข้าไปภายในพระราชวังเชินบรูนน์ และฝังไว้ในที่เดียวกับสุสานประจำราชวงศ์

ท่านผู้อ่านพอจะเดาอะไรออกรางๆ แล้วใช่ไหมเมื่ออ่านมาถึงตรงนี้?


ทางด้านนายเปตรุซซี่ก็เฝ้ารอการกลับของหุ้นส่วนของเขาจนกระทั่ง 3 เดือนผ่านไปก็ไม่มีวี่แววนายเรอวารด์กลับมาสักที เขาเกือบจะทำตามคำสั่งอยู่แล้ว คือนำจดหมายปิดผนึกนั้นไป ถวายพระเจ้าแผ่นดินฝรั่งเศส ก็พอดีมีเจ้าหน้าที่ชั้นผู้ใหญ่จากพระราชสำนักฝรั่งเศสมาดั้นด้นตามหาเปตรุซซี่จนพบ มอบเงินให้จำนวนมากถึง 100,000 คราวน์เพื่อแลกกับจดหมายฉบับนั้น พร้อมทั้งขอให้เย็บปากตัวเอง ซึ่งเปตรุซซี่ก็ทำตาม จึงไม่มีใครรู้ความลับเรื่องนี้เลยนอกจากต่อมาในภายหลัง

เป็นที่รู้กันดีในหมู่ข้าราชบริพาร ซึ่งเฝ้านโปเลียนอยู่ที่เกาะเซ็นต์เฮเลน่าว่า ในระยะหลังๆ นี้ว่า พระเจ้านโปเลียนของตนมีพระจริยาวัตรผิดไปจากเดิมมาก ทรงมีความจำเสื่อมอย่างร้ายแรงไม่อาจจดจำอะไรได้แม้แต่รายละเอียดของ สงครามซึ่งทรงมีชัยและปราชัย สุรเสียงก็ไม่เหมือนเดิม ที่ร้ายกว่านั้นก็คือ ลายพระหัตถ์ผิดไปจากเดิมด้วย

อีกอย่างหนึ่งที่ยืนยันความผิดปกติของนโปเลียนในตอนหลังนี้ก็คือ บรรดาหมอที่มารักษาโรคมะเร็งให้นั้น พากันถวายความเคารพนับถือน้อยจนแทบไม่มีเลย ผิดกับในสมัยที่มาอยู่เกาะใหม่ๆ ในปี 1815 ซึ่งใครๆ ถวายความเคารพสูงสุดในฐานะพระจักรพรรดิทุกประการ

เหตุการณ์สอดคล้องอีกอย่างหนึ่งก็คือ ระหว่างปี 1815 ถึงปี 1818 นั้น เกาะเซ็นต์เฮเลน่าอยู่ใต้การควบคุมดูแลของนายพลกูร์การด์ผู้เข้มแข็งและชิงชังนโปเลียน แต่พอถึงปี 1818 นายพลคนนี้ก็ถูกโยกย้ายไปที่อื่น มีนายพลคนใหม่ชื่อแบร์ตรองมาแทน นายพลแบร์ตรองไม่ได้เกลียดชังนโปเลียนอะไรนัก และการควบคุมดูแลก็ลดหย่อนลง...ท่านผู้อ่านอย่าลืม ว่าในปีนี้เองที่ฟรังซัวส์ โรโบด์ ผู้มีหน้าตาเหมือนนโปเลียนได้หายไป จากบ้านที่บาลีย์กูต์ และชายแปลกหน้านามเรอวารด์ไปโผล่ขึ้นที่เมืองเวโรนาในอิตาลี

นอกจากนั้น ในปีเดียวกันนี่เองภริยาของนายพลแบร์ตรองผู้นิยมนโปเลียน ก็เขียนจดหมายลับไปถึงเพื่อนว่า “...เราทำสำเร็จ นโปเลียนเสด็จออกจากเกาะเซ็นต์เฮเลน่าแล้ว!”

จึงน่าจะเป็นไปได้ที่ว่า ด้วยความช่วยเหลือของมิตรผู้มั่งคั่งและเรืองอำนาจ ฟรังซัวส์ โรโบด์ ผู้คล้ายคลึงนโปเลียน ได้ไปจำขังอยู่บนเกาะแทนองค์พระจักรพรรดิ ส่วนนโปเลียนที่แท้จริง เสด็จไปสู่อิสรภาพที่เมืองเวโรนา ในนามของนายเรอวารด์นั่นเอง


ส่วนบุรุษลึกลับที่ถูกยิงตายในบริเวณพระราชวังเชินบรูนน์ ซึ่งโอรสของนโปเลียน ประชวรหนัก อยู่นั้น ก็คงไม่ใช่ใคร คือนโปเลียนนั่นเอง ทรงได้รับข่าวประชวรของ โอรสโดยบุรุษผู้มากับรถม้า ซึ่งนายเปตรุซซี่มองเห็นผู้นำข่าวมาถวาย นโปเลียนจึงรีบร้อนเสด็จไปเยือนโอรสจนต้องประสบกับวาระสุดท้าย อันน่าเศร้าสลดและไม่คาดฝัน ณ บริเวณพระราชวังเชินบรูนน์ นั่นเอง

ที่จริงเรื่องราวของบุรุษผู้ถูกยิงตายนี้ อาจไม่มีใครคิดลึกไปว่าเป็นองค์นโปเลียนหากข้อเท็จจริง อย่างหนึ่งจะไม่เปิดเผยขึ้นในปี ค.ศ.1956

นั่นคือ คณะแพทย์ชาวอังกฤษกลุ่มหนึ่งประกาศว่า ได้มีการตัดเอาลำไส้ส่วนที่เป็นมะเร็ง ของนโปเลียนเก็บรักษาไว้เป็นอย่างดี ทว่า ที่ ลำไส้นั้นกลับปรุเป็นรูอย่างน่าประหลาดใจ อะไรก็ไม่ร้ายเท่า รูนั้นเป็นรูกระสุนปืนชัดๆ...ก็คงเป็นกระสุนที่ทหารรักษาวัง ยิงเอาตอนที่ทรงปีนเข้า พระราชฐานชั้นในนั่นเอง

ถึงตรงนี้มีข้อกังขาว่า ไหนๆ นโปเลียนก็ทรงหนีออกจากเกาะได้อย่างสง่าผ่าเผย ทำไมจึงไปจนมุมเอาง่ายๆ ไม่น่าเชื่อ และการลอบปีนพระราชวังก็ไม่น่าจะเป็นวิสัยกษัตริย์เลย ในเมื่อหนีออกจากเกาะซึ่งไม่มีทางหนียังทำได้สำเร็จ สำมะหาอะไรกับการเข้าสู่พระราชวัง เชินบรูนน์ ทรงสามารถที่จะดำเนินเข้าไปอย่างผ่าเผยได้ทุกเมื่อ ไม่น่าจะปีนกำแพงให้ เสื่อมเสียพระเกียรติยศเลย


และข้อพิสูจน์ประการสุดท้ายมีอยู่ที่ทะเบียนท้องถิ่นของหมู่บ้านบาลีย์กูต์ ที่นั่นบันทึกไว้ว่า ฟรังซัวส์ โรโบด์ ถึงแก่กรรมที่เกาะเซ็นต์เฮเลน่า โดยไม่ยอมบอกวันเดือนปีที่ตาย...คนที่รู้เรื่องนี้จึงแน่ใจว่า โรโบด์ตายที่เกาะเซ็นต์ เฮเลน่า ในฐานะที่เป็นนโปเลียนโบนาปาร์ต!

เรื่องที่เล่ามานี้ ท่านผู้อ่านจะเชื่อหรือไม่เชื่อก็ย่อมได้ แต่ทว่าเป็นเรื่องจริง.

Step 3: Switch off the Galaxy Note 2 and put it in Download Mode. To do this, press Volume Down + Home + Power buttons. After you get a warning message on the screen, press Volume Up button to enter Download Mode.
Step 4: Run Odin v3.09.exe as an Administrator.
Step 5: Connect the Galaxy Note 2 to your computer via the USB cable while the phone is in the Download mode.
If the phone is connected properly, you will see that the ID:COM section turns Yellow with a message appearing in Odin’s message box, saying “Added!!” If not, check whether the USB drivers are installed properly on the computer.
Step 6: Now, click on the AP button in Odin and select the .tar.md5 file that you have downloaded in Step 1.
Step 7: In Odin, select the Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time options, but make sure that the re-partition checkbox is not selected.
Step 8: Now, click on the Start button in Odin to begin the installation process.
Step 9: After the installation is complete, the Galaxy Note 2 will restart. Once you see the Samsung logo on the home screen, unplug the device from the computer and close Odin.
